We are seeking an experienced Senior Content & Brand Manager to join our team in Brussels or remotely in Europe. In this role you will have to form and manage our brand narrative, develop appealing and relevant content, focusing on its efficient distribution and growth of brand awareness across our B2B audience in EMEA.
This role requires expertise in three key areas: content strategy, content production & distribution, and brand management.
Who we are looking for
- You can personally produce engaging and compelling content at scale, in forms of posts, newsletters, infographics, case studies, videos etc., and to organise resources to further amplify the production.
- At least 5 years of experience in Content & Brand Management functions, with a strong portfolio of samples and content campaigns targeting B2B audiences.
- Fluent in English at a bilingual level; additional language skills are a strong plus.
- Proven experience in content marketing for Tech, SaaS, or other B2B industries.
- Knowledge of content and branding methodologies, including Content Pillars & Clusters Strategy, Customer Journey Mapping, Brand Wheel, and others.
- You have a solid knowledge of SEO best practices and relevant SEO tools.
- Experience in creating & managing website content, including technical SEO.
- Experience managing freelancers and service providers within content production projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business data into content topics, aligning with customer language and expectations.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- You are proactive and like to take initiative to move things forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy, including detailed plans for both content production and distribution.
- Conduct market and customer research to ensure the production of relevant content that addresses the pain points of our prospects, industry trends, and hot topics.
- Develop the Content Hub concept and oversee its implementation to educate our target audience effectively.
- You will manage the content development & branding for our future website development.
- Plan and manage the creation of various content types, including blog posts, webinar and podcast scripts and customer case studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and product, to brainstorm content ideas and maintain consistency in messaging.
- Optimise content for SEO and audience engagement, incorporating relevant keywords and best practices.
- Manage content amplifications via our Social Media channels
- Coordinate with freelance translators or agencies to localise content for multiple countries.
- Develop Giftify’s brand narrative and positioning as a leading fintech provider in the gift card industry.
- Enhance sales enablement by crafting high-quality, clear, and effective sales collateral and pitches that deliver the right value proposition.
- Ensure Giftify’s brand is consistent across all geographies, while localising the messaging to market specifics.
