Job Description

The Implementation department at Giftify serves as the central hub for project coordination, operational planning, and cross-functional collaboration within our organization. Our Implementation Specialists work closely with the Product and Commercial departments to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.

As a Team Lead, you will guide the team in day-to-day activities, ensuring that whatever has been agreed in the contract is delivered, and the client is supported throughout this journey, including the hypercare period.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day Management

  • Team Guidance: Ensure team priorities are clear, provide guidance where needed, and support them in achieving department objectives.
  • Escalation Point: Serve as an escalation point for other departments in case of issues or concerns.
  • Team Support: Act as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Planning and Organisation

  • Project Planning: Define objectives, key milestones, and deadlines for implementation projects. Create and manage project schedules.
  • Resource Allocation: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and workload to ensure optimal resource use and project success.

Quality and Reporting

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet established quality standards and specific client requirements.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the initial plan or improvement opportunities, and take corrective actions if necessary.
  • Innovation: Promote and implement innovative initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of projects.

Stakeholder Management

  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Understand and manage expectations.
  • Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Handle negotiations and resolve conflicts with stakeholders proactively and diplomatically.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Oversee the hypercare period, ensuring that clients receive the necessary support post-implementation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage and contribute to continuous improvement practices within the team to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

As a Team Lead, you are primarily responsible for the daily and operational management of the team, with a focus on project execution and team support.
